Cart with multiple providers and order

I am looking for a web developer to create a web application that will serve as a cart with multiple vendors and order management system. I need two versions of the web, one pure Html and another one with Javascript. Now I am going to describe all the details of the two versions. Just to specify I have already the html version almost done so I would just need help with the javascript version.
