HTML / CSS / JS page design converting from existing PDF

We need to convert a two page PDF (JPG) file to HTML/CSS code. Requirements: 1. It will use the best coding practices to saparate styling from data (no styling in HTML). 2. The styling of the tables (headers, letters, etc) should be in line with the rest of our web site (will be supplied to the bidders) 3. The images can be cut out from the picture, however if you redraw all the shapes (except for the Chipbreaker items), it would be betters. When you bid, mention if it includes redrawing of shapes. 4. Some of the shapes will be linked to pages. When you hover above linked shapes, a JS popup will appear "View all inserts". Clicking on the message will open a linked page. (I'll let you know which JS framework we use) Deliverables: Clean HTML, CSS, shapes (JPGs or GIFs) and pictures for Chipbreaker code Please submit work you did in the past showing clean HTML/CSS styling. If you complete successfully this project, I will have many more similar pages for conversion.
