convert a flash & Animate app in an html project with time expiry date

this is a finished project in flash . All code is available, the project is about a medal ceremony where shows the 3 flags waving and raised at the pole while the national anthem is played, I want to protect the whole application so when i send it to clients, they require a license key which is tie sensitive, The Script is included in the follwogin wetransfer link Variables 1) folder country flags (animations are done already in HD and 4k) 2) folder National Anthems of those countries 3)Folder with Backround image Ie blue sky 4) Folder with list of sport events during installation Background file and folders above are sonfirmed Operator opens the app in thehis operator pannel Selects 1,2,3 place and loads the sport event ie 100M run and then once he pressese play the flag ceremony is played in the extension of the screen The APP also takes case in case of a tie, ie if there is a tie (very very rare in the sport market but not impposible) the operator can load country A rank xxx country B rank xxx country C rank xxx and the flags are raised accordingly PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME your portfolio, i am not interested or a robot bid just to start chat, I am not interested, only if you have relevant to the project work please see the attached files before bidding, I want to convert this application to Html Adobe no longer supports Flash Player In addition i want to add a time expiry element so when i send this application to a client to be able to add a expiry date where the application will stop working .
