I need XHTML and JSF coding files adjusted and then implemented server side

Adjust XHTML / CSS code to change the UI of an eBanking interface for my client. I have the design done and can provide the visuals in pdf format. I also have the existing XHTML files. I have a guide sent from the team at OLYMPIC banking system that explains how to set up an environment to work in to be able to view changes. This project must be completed in 4 weeks and is very urgent. The coder will be working independently but will have the assistance of the IT team of my client and also the software team at OLYMPIC who originally set up the banking software if they have any questions.
