NodeJS developer with proven experience (freelancer only)

Hello, We are looking for a NodeJS developer with proven experience. Optimized coding and excellent understanding of Database is important, however the most important factor is that you are disciplined, on time (always) and be prompt and easy to communicate with. We are in the middle of building a large, consumer-oriented, website with multiple tools to chose from on a paid subscription basis. NodeJS as a technology is currently used on one tool only that we are building but will be extended to more tools if we are successful with this one. You can chose to work in any time zone as far as you are available to communicate atleast one hour every day as per our time zone (IST). Work is to take over codes from another developer and then take it forward from there as its your own from the very scratch.
