Web Based Video Recorder / Playback Syncronisation

We are looking for a little help to customise a video recording app (AddPipe) that we are using within some data entry forms hosted on FormStack via an HTML embed. The basic integration is something that we've been using for a while, and works well, but we now require something a little more customised for a few upcoming projects. We need to adapt this recording technique into a format that also plays a synchronised video clip giving the user instructions as they are recording. - i.e. if they are recording a 20s clip in the add pipe app, a separate 20s video plays at the same time to give them instructions and lets them know how much time they have left. I’ve attached example embed codes for a recorder, along with an example video playback embed code that refers to a file stored on the same servers as the recordings. The API we use has full documentation available at [login to view URL] Essentially what we need is the ability to place both the recorder widget and a video player next to one another within a HTML embed section in a FormStack form. Basic control buttons are to be provided to allow the user to record, stop or play their recording. When the Record button is pressed, the AddPipe recording widget starts recording at the same time as the video playback begins. If the user presses stop, both the recording and playback stop. And if they press record again, the recording starts again, and the video plays from the beginning of the clip. This entire code needs to be able to be placed within an HTML embed within a FormStack form, if this is not possible, we may have to look at other data capture alternatives. Many Thanks!
