Joomla Website Developed with E-commerce and Directory

Hi We are looking for a basic website for a Newtorking organization to be built..It will be a very simple site..We only want to use the most up to date joomla platforms with all updates and security patches installed. The site will have home page with slide show of 4-5 photos, logo,place for announcements, calendar and Facebook feed the buttons will be 1 Home 2 About us 3 Our Mission 4 Events..this will need a calendar to be built (google is fine) but there has to be a way to send an event from the calendar to your own outlook/calendar 5 Directory,,We will need a directory to be built where the members can list their company ..will need each company to be able to put in company name, type of business, contact name, address, phone, website (linkable), email (linkable), room to put in description of business, and a way to upload a photo or logo. 6 Blog..we will need a blog tp be incorporated into this site 7. contact us We will need to be able to eventually take credit cards so people can pay dues or make donations, so it will NOT be a complex e-commerce program at all what do you suggest we sue for templates (we usually use template [login to view URL] to pick what we like as far as colors, looks, etc) please supply samples of Joomla sites you built and price for this
