YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN THE US, PREFERABLY CALIFORNIA. THIS PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED BY DECEMBER 3, 2023, PREFERABLY BY DECEMBER 2, 2023. I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with a project involving service of 2 documents to 2 addresses, by certified mail return receipt, complete proof of service for each; and (electronic) recording of the 2 documents with the county recorder. Skills and Experience: - Familiarity with the process of using certified mail return receipt service - Knowledge of the requirements and procedures for recording documents with the county recorder - Experience in handling legal documentation and ensuring proper delivery - Attention to detail to accurately record the documents with the county recorder The specific documents that need to be recorded with the county recorder are Release of Lis Pendens and Re-Notice Lis Pendens. The project requires recording only one set of 2 documents with the county recorder. I am seeking a freelancer who can efficiently handle this project and ensure that the documents are properly served and recorded and proof of service properly filled out.
