Problem with Interspire's Cron Job

I have PowerMTA, IP rotation, IEM and its addons installed on CentOs 6 64bit Linux server. My above server works flawlessly with every feature of Interspire Email Marketer except cron job. I need an expert in IEM to help me fix the cron bugs so that: -IEM cann send emails flawlessly with or without cron jobs -IEM's addons work perfectly with or without cron jobs -Bounce statistics works properly I am looking for someone who could help me resolve the above issues. I also require a step by step details of the work or approaches you use to fix these bugs for future maintenance. Please bid only you can prove that you have relevant experience. Thank you
