Someone using our server/ticketing software to send out spam emails. Need help stopping it.

Hello, I can quickly and professionally fix this outbound spam issue as i have been performing similar tasks for several years as system admin. I can configure/limit and place pro-active prevention to prevent spam emailing. I can also check if your IP addresses are blacklisted, are there any security weaknesses, exploits on server and can harden the server as well (by updating software, patching apache, php etc, checking server permissions, checking exim configs, deploying CSF firewall and monitoring software etc.) I guarantee there will be no spam issue for the next few years and if somehow you would have the same problem i will solve the issue for free and continue to provide support as long as you want/need. What you do need to stop/prevent it is to reconfigure your firewall for remote connections and check all background scripts that are running on your server.
