Design and format a unique template for my CV

Hello dear Freelancer :-D I would like you to create a unique template for my CV.I have a 2 page CV which so far is only a simple Microsoft Office version with tables and bullet points, looking like every other CV. I work for one of the Institutions of the European Union and my experience and current job are all reflecting that. The CV should place me into this environment: - Above all its needs to look professional, neat, unique and as if it's telling a continuous story - It should include a logo : consisting of some form or combination of my first and second name and maybe some element of the flag of the European Union. The Logo should look natural and as part of the theme. - It should be possible to alter the CV continuously so boxes to be filled and that keep the overall format should be set by you as well. The format of the workable CV does not matter to me as long as I can open and edit it. It should be possible to safe the final version as a PDF. - I do not require help content-wise but purely on a design/format area -Paul
