Logo redesign

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to redesign our company logo. The reasons for the redesign are to modernize our brand and give it a fresh and updated look. We don't want a completely new design. Use the current logo as the bones for the design, unless we are presented with something more compelling and appealing. Our colour palette is tones of blue. The new logo should embody the company's mission and values, and reflect our focus and direction as a company. Our company specialises in digital transformation through AI and offshoring. The principles we embody in everything we do are Optimisation, Technology, Innovation and Excellence.
