Magento Site Upgrade - 1.5.1 to 1.7.x & other development...

THIS PROJECT WAS PREVIOUSLY POSTED BUT THE TIMING WAS WRONG AND NEVER AWARDED. THIS PROJECT NOW NEEDS TO BE STARTED IMMEDIATELY. Migrate Magento site from live server to new server (sftp using private keys etc + cpanel access). If you wish to use shell access you will need to have knowledge of how to set this up. Upgrade the site to the latest version. Test / Check. Take the second backup of live site db and integrate into the upgraded site on the new server (whilst taking the live site offline - should be no more than two hours). Site should now be live and functioning on the new server. Once the site is live on the new server - set up a sub development area on the server - copy the site and implement the development changes outlined in the attached document. Challenges: You can ONLY wget the site or db from the live server (which will be using using .htaccess restriction on the backup files - this must be pre-arranged 24hours beforehand.) All fixes would need to be done on a dev site copied from the original, checked and then re-integrated before switching and once everything is in place and has been approved - making sure that any new activity that has taken place on the live site is integrated and not lost. Development server will be on the same server as the live server once upgraded. Please also quote fixed price for all work and quote on time it will take to implement.
