Personal Assistance

I'm looking for someone with a passion for LGBT issues, who is dedicated and willing to work WITH me, not just for me. I am an author (I've written two books) and speaker on topics related to the LGBT and Christian issues. I'm looking for someone who can find speaking engagements at universities, churches and organizations related to LGBT and religious issues, set up meetings, research venues and conferences where I can speak, set up book signings, work with publications to find writing jobs, Contact major media for television interviews and publicize book information, write press releases, contact media producers and personalities, manage social media, develop and keep lists of contacts/email addresses for marketing and speaking engagements (I have these started.), develop relationships with key individuals, manage personal and business calendars, editing and posting to website, other duties as assigned. I'm very easy to work with and I don't micro-manage. All I ask is that the person I hire communicates with me. Communication is extremely important to me. Most of the time it's via email. I'd like to make this a permanent, full-time thing for the right person. I pay bonuses for finding decent paying speaking engagements. I'd like to find someone in the Sacramento area, but it's not necessary. As I said, please have a passion for the issues and be hard-working.
