Part Time Sales and Marketing Person Needed - Varied skills
We are a small US company looking for sales and marketing persons.
We provide professional independent insurance adjusting and appraising services. Among other things, we investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims of all types in the U.S. for insurance companies and self- insured companies. Accordingly, our sales are purely B2B; we sell our services to insurance company claims departments, third party claim administrators or other independent adjusters. We do NOT sell our services to the general public at large, nor do we sell insurance.
Specific expertise or skills being sought in the candidate are: computer literacy, customer service skills, extremely friendly personality and style. A sense of humor is essential. Win-Win negotiators are prized. An excellent command of English -both written and verbal- is essential.
A candidate who has experience in more than one skill set, of course, has an advantage.

Can a person with an accent – or from another part of the world be considered? Yes, an accent in English is acceptable as long as the person has NATIVE level fluency in English - and as long as the candidate possesses college or post-graduate education.
The candidate can be located anywhere in the world – but must synchronize their time around business hours Eastern Standard Time in the U.S.
What the provider MUST have is: a very high-speed, reliable Internet and modern computer with enough memory to handle several programs including clearly-heard Voice over Internet capability.
This is a part time position with a strong possibility of permanency and upgrading to full time for the right candidate with proven early results.
This is a telecommuting position.

Payment terms: Every two weeks. Bonus commissions will be agreed upon as soon as we see results. Payments are made every two weeks on an hourly, timesheet entry basis – so please quote per hour. Commissions and bonuses can be negotiated. There is no limit to either.
Starting date: Immediately upon being chosen.
