Automated Strangle Back Testing / Tradin

Hello, I am looking to build an indicator that can provide both back-testing and automated day-trading results based upon the following parameters: 1. The strategy is to purchase a "Strangle" on the option chain at a specific time each morning (i.e. 6:32 AM PST). 2. Because Strangles are not liquid, I need the program to purchase both the first OTM Put and Call simultaneously and sell them simultaneously. The simultaneous needs to happen within a second. 3. If the purchase of both legs at the price submitted is not filled, I need to create parameters for how long to wait for fill at that price, whether or not to re-enter the trade at another price, etc... 4. Similarly, once the target is reached, I will need for the indicator to automatically sell both legs individually simultaneously. 5. Just as mentioned above, I will need to work with you on how best to exit the trade if the sell price is not filled, as well as how the program will work if not ALL of the Contracts are filled at the desired price. 6. I will need the capacity to input both a desired STOP and TARGET as a percentage of the combined purchase price of both legs. 7. I will need to have the ability to stipulate entry at a specified TIME, as well as a max TIME LIMIT in each trade. 8. I will also need the ability to stipulate Stop, Target, Time Limit, and ideally even which stocks traded by Day Of The Week. 9. I would like for the program to determine the Dollar Amount put into each trade as a percentage of account value that I have the ability to stipulate. 9. Back-Testing will need to happen though "On Demand," as I will need to test to see when the option price reaches a certain price point (say 5% above purchase price). Only On Demand offers intra-second option price data. 10. I would like for the back-testing to export the results onto an excel that I can use for determination. 11. I would like for the excel to record the lowest price the trade decreased to during the time allotted for the trade, as well as the time of entry and exit. I have some experience in the past working with programmers to create successfully automated trading programs through NinjaTrader, but never TOS, which I use to trade my options.
