MS Word skilled (Makro - VBA - FormFields)

A Microsoft Word document (contract) is to be revised so that changes to it are only possible after entering a password. However, there are free fields which can be changed afterwards. In these free fields you can enter e.g. company name and address. The normal user can therefore only change the free fields, while the author of the document can change everything. If you have entered company names in the upper part of the address field, these names should also be copied down one to one. For example, the company name should automatically be copied into the signature field at the bottom of the document. The layout of the document must not be changed at all and must appear exactly like the original afterwards. Summary: The document is password protected An address field with drop-down and an address field and a subject with free lines remain editable. The information about the company name (a drop-down and a free field) is transferred downward into the signatures. The layout of the document is not changed.
