Android and Iphone App (Simple Map App, Pinch, Zoom, Pan))

Only bid if you can create both the iPhone and Android versions. We have a client that is a cartographer (map creator). He has created a map (in image form) that needs to be easily accessed by iPhone/iPad and Android users. Basically all the app needs to do is open up and allow users to pinch and zoom on this image (map). Needs to support iPhone and Android. Map can be supplied in any resolution necessary. It does not need GPS / Realtime map features. All this needs to do is move around the supplied image. We will provide icon/startup page artwork. The map image needs to be built into the app, no downloading external files. The app will be used in the mountains where there is no internet connection. If you cannot build both versions for your posted bid, you will not be considered.
