Games for Android and iOS

We are looking for two of our existing games Dirt Bike [login to view URL] and Sim Taxi [login to view URL] to be completely remade for Android (Phones, Tablets) iOS (iPad, iPhone) Games should be identical in terms of game play and art styles, level configurations other than minor changes such as game names etc. Scoreboard integration is also a must ideally with some social sharing. Developer must have previous work to show on these platforms and knowledge of AdMob API would be a big advantage. These two games are just to test the water, we do already have games published on the Android market (Flash ported) which seem to be doing pretty well. We are looking to expand on this with games built specifically for the markets mentioned above. These two games could lead on to long term work on 100's of games, if that is appealing to the developer and the games prove to be successful.
