PhoneGap Plugin Development for iOS

We are looking for the creation of a plugin for use with our HTML5 application that we have ported to iOS using phonegap. The expertise we are looking for is to create the XCode routine that can then be integrated as a plugin to Phonegap. This project requires expertise in XCode, and we require a functional app inside of the App store for that you contributed to or built for consideration of the product. Exposure to phone gap and plugin creation is preferred but is something that could be learned since we understand there are not a lot of XCode developers actively using phone gap. Phone gap is generally going to require expertise in javascript so if you have lots of XCode and javascript experience in your portfolio/ resume, that is what we are looking for. We desire Xcode routine that will take a screencapture of the current screen, open an email window, and insert the screenshot into the body of the email. With this code functional, we will then want this integrated into a PhoneGap plugin so our HTML5 app can execute this routine. Please read the project first and write the word "Understood".
