Create a Mobile Website

I have a Wordpress website that will sell subscription memberships. I am using AppPresser to convert the mobile site into a PhoneGap compatible package. I am looking for a freelancer to integrate In App Purchases (subscriptions) into the site's PhoneGap build. The workflow is: Visit a specific url and all of the subsets (/member/*): If you are subscribed, view the content normally. If you are not subscribed, get redirected to /member Visit the /member url: If you are subscribed, view the content normally. If you are not subscribed, show registration sales copy. On delivery, all buttons should display and function properly on iOS and Android. When providing your estimate, please include a brief description of how you would solve these problems and when the expected delivery is. Thanks!
