Sir , I have already developed several website using video streaming . Recently i started VR application development for a real-estate company for realistic floor map tour . (for both cardboard and oculas ). I am really interested on your project . But please confirm following things . As you said in your project description . you need an android application which can show 360 degree streaming video . Is this project only for the VR application or the broadcast / streaming of the video also included ? Selecting Streaming solution is very impotent , so please confirm that thing . Do you need 3d support or not ? I think till date Unity is the best solution for mobile end VR solution . I am also using Unity for my recent project . there are several option for navigation either you can look at the button for a while (1-2 sec) or by pressing the trigger button of the cardboard (but all device don't support this ) Is your application for all the android or only for some specific model ? we can discuss more about this project over freelancer 's chat or skype .
