Fix a bug in react native app

Hi there, I got a react native app, a simple app with login and 4 forms to fill that connect to API. When the app is offline (no internet) it stores the data and once connected to the internet it synchronises the data back to API. We have an issue that in some cases one form doesn't get synchronised after connecting back to the internet. (e.g. 4 forms are stored, 3 go to API but 1 stays in local storage creating duplicates when synchronised again). I need someone to install the app locally, find out why and fix it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I don't know how easy the fix is so (I assume it should be easy but again, I don't know) that's why it will be work per hour so it's fair for everyone. If you have very basic experience with Laravel, that can help as API is in Laravel, however, this is not necessary, just might help to create a local environment if needed. When bidding, please send an example of an app in React Native so we're sure that you have the experience required and a very rough estimate of hours. I am not going to limit to those hours, I just need it fixed and after a couple of other things fixed too.
