Friends Chooser in Swift2

I need a fancy friend's chooser functionality in my IPhone app like visualized in the attachment. Functions - Chooser of the first name letter (below row). Able to slide the white dot left and right to select which letter is active. If there is no name with the letter in the phonebook, then the white dot jumps automatically to the next letter. The scrolling through the letters is animated and moves smooth. - Based on the chosen letter in the below row the images of my friends are visible I must swipe with my tomb left or right on the pictures to scroll through all available contacts that I have with the letter. The scrolling through the images is animated and moves smooth. - At the top is a big picture of the selected friend. Arrows left and right also scrolls through my buddies.
