Experienced JAVA & JSP Coder Needed

Software: Employee monitoring system/ software to be developed. Client Side Language: JAVA, C++ Server Side Language: JSP The software would have a client version & a web admin, must work on all versions of windows computer ( later on we would also need it for Mac). The client should have options of starting when ever the PC starts or when the user wants it to start.
