after server the transfer wordpress image download problem

I moved all the ep on my page to your server. I did old server data zip file I put them on my new server. I created a new mysql databases. I copied the old server mysql databases. And paste them to the new database. Page works but now when I try to add to this page such as [login to view URL] wp control panel, the image under the media more so I can get a picture of such notice, Error saving media attachment. Failed to load because an error occurred Uploaded file could not be saved as uploads/2014/01. somehow feel that wp is not now the rights to transfer data to the new server. Can you help me
