Hi, I have recently developed and now still maintaining and adding functions a System similar to this, the difference is it's mostly clients information. The proccess includes • Adding Clients info • A user Flags the client that it he/she is Qualified with complete documents. • The Next User will Flag the Client that it is ready for payment. • The Senior User will verify the Clients Payment • The Senior User can View lists of past clients. Upon Reviewing your description you suggest that a single mysql Table is needed, in my experience I suggest that there should be atleast Two Tables here. Table One includes • User login details • Users Restriction for Creating, Updating & Deleting lists Table Two includes • Groceries Item Lists • Items Flag Options • users who added the Items With this Method the system could be ready for any additional functionality in the future .
