Project is to design and develop a prototype CASE tool for CBSE (Component Based Software Engineering) using software development environment and reusable components of ((Software component metrics with examples)). (.NET/J2EE).You should reuse open source components where possible and demonstrate your calculated development effort savings by using reusable components and tools versus fully hand coded development effort. You are strongly encouraged to assemble and link existing tools such as UML modelling and test case generation which are open-source and appropriate. Will provide details to capable bidder...this is an acedmic assignment and I need this in 1-2 days. My budget is $50.
