IPAD, IPHONE, Android drawing, picture and video project

I would like to build an IPAD, Iphone, Android and Android tablet application for drawing project. The system need to build in API focus and the applications is build based on this API. Basilly the user can take a picture and can draw something on the picture... he can share this picture to love one. He can also post the the application website site. It is almost like instagram + draw something + ecards + viddy but in simple version -Facebook Timeline integration -Facebook integration -Twitter integration -pinterest integration The application need to be build in: .NET API (WCF) SQL Server (database) IOS JAVA I need to have the mockups first before the development. I know exactly what I want in my mind and I can give to you in details so we can build the mockups.
