Sign up page and login as well importing contacts for invitation .

hello all , i am actually looking for three main function to have in my website first one , 1- Signup and log - in page once the user is signed up he will receive email with welcome massage from my website the email will have the website logo and it will look attractive to user . he will activate his user by clicking on link sent to his email .. after activation he will be able to login .. once he used his username it will redirect him to index after log page . ( which is already there ) i just need the signed up page and the login . 2- While the signup i want the user to have option in his profile ( Same option as linkedIN inviting system ) user will be able to import his facebook contacts and twitter and emails and once he do import it there should be email sent from my website to these imported users 3- i want to sell service through my website .. so for that i need someone to integrate payment system and connect it to my PayPal Account i will provide the screens and the HTML5 pages . you will only have to code these three main function . i need this to be done in very short time .. so please only professional people can bid into this .
