Temporary NOC Role - 24/7

This will be a 24/7 Network Operations Center support role. The engineer is expected to work on R&S and Security. This will be temporary role until we get a perm candidate. Experience on Routing and switching and Security 4+ Years exp in Security and good sound knowledge in R& S is good or 4+Years Exp in R & S and atleast year exp in Security is good We need combination of R & S and Security # Excellent communication# Looking for NOC Engineer/Product Support Engineer who has at least 4+ years of experience in advanced NOC Engineer/Product Support Engineer, He should have ITIL awareness preferred and willing to work in 24*7 rotational shifts. Should have skills working on Monitoring & Ticketing Tools (SolarWinds, AutoTask etc.). Should have very good skills on creating technical documentation and preparing capacity/up time reports Should have very good communication and articulation skills Monitor and maintain network and associated software, including responding to tickets. Work with other departments, contractors and staff to ensure network operations. Identify, categorize and respond to network problems. Manage changes, upgrades, improvements and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely fashion with end to end ownership. Installing, Configuring and administration of Cisco routers and Switches (mid and high end), Nexus, Pix/ASA/PaloAlto/Checkpoint Firewalls. Create and Maintain detailed up to date technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Run Books). Exposure on Load balancers F5 / Cisco ISE is a plus. 12 hour shift , 4 Days working and 4 days Week-off. Cab facility Food Allowance Insurance Night Shift allowance
