Add Custom Featured Slider into React & Redux Homepage

I need someone to add a feature slider at the top of my Homepage UI. The UI is made in React and Redux. This slider must be able to show moving images, motion graphics, background moving video with muted volume, or anything else. The Idea is a featured div place holder. I want this to be done with custom work no existing slider plugins. The Feature Slider\Placeholder will be controlled by Django control panel. You will be required to have back-end node / express / mongo / django experience. As you will add the control for the slider in Django Admin and then create a server End Point to auto update front end react - redux UI Featured slider with content from Django / Mongo. Will start work now. And will finish ASAP.
