write/read conflict in mongodb

#Wahaj here, Would you mind if I could get a sneak peak into the context such as flow of data or exactly how data is being queried and written to mongod. In case of trigerring conflict issues from the app itself, we could make use of a Resource Queue or resource lock mechanism. Let me know and will see what can be done.
