Share product / purchased order

I would like to have an extension for Opencart. It is a "share this product on Facebook/twitter/Google+/mail" extension. I know there are such extensions, but I want it to be a bit more advanced than the ones that are around. The share buttons should appear at the productpage and at the succes-page after a customer succesfully placed an order it should list the products with a row of share buttons. When a share button is clicked a form will popup. The customer can enter a personal message. The social message should be something like this: TITLE : "I've seen a great product at [login to view URL]" Image of the product will be displayed (as link) Title of the product (as link) "Personal message" When the share via mail option is clicked the same form will apear + a field for email-adresses. The mail should look like the one in the attachment (it's in Dutch). The personal message apears in the grey box. All the icons are links to the product. And the image of the product will be displayed also in the email
