linux file grabber

Hello, As you all might have heard of symboliclink exploit on linux to grab files is patched almost everywhere.. I need a custom one made which will grab file from a specified directory, for example: /home/user/public_html/[login to view URL] and place it in my directory /home/mydirectory/public_html/[login to view URL] and allow me to read.. must work on servers which have the symbolic link exploit patched which gives you a access denied error..
