Website Design in Photoshop

Hi I need a website designed. I will first need only the homepage design. Target visitors will be in 15-35 age group . A rough wireframe will be provided but i expect the designer to come up with a creative design using the wireframe only as a basis. Please do not bid if ur strengths are more in development. I just need a designer for this now. Please do not send detailed portfolios to go through. Refer me to only 1-2 websites which you think are your best design work. Please only bid if you can offer revisions on the design based on feedback. I need the design by tomorrow . Any further changes can be done from Friday. My budget is £30 but iam flexible to increase for the right designer - but i cant postpone the timelines. //Jyothi
