2d animation and character development

Hi, We are from Robofission Labs Pvt Ltd. We are coming up with an animated film. We need about a 5 second long animation as well as cartoon sketching, development and alteration of existing characters. I have attached the scene where there will be about 8 boys standing at the __ mark. The second character from the right is as per [login to view URL] Keeping [login to view URL] as the base character please reduce the weight to obtain a character which is dark in color and having a face like 1.jpg. This character will be standing in the extreme right. The characters from 1-6 from the left can have any face with or without spectacles, but need to have the same uniform. The heights should be very less in a more descending order. But the one in the extreme right will be shorter than the character given in [login to view URL] in [login to view URL] i have provided some random faces which can be used. The character which is slightly tilted to the extreme right needs to be facing the right most character. The face of that character needs to be as per [login to view URL] The left most character near to the notice board needs to be as per [login to view URL] but the character should be looking towards the right. You can mirror the image. The character at the center will be facing the 8 boys. That character will be as per m teacher [login to view URL] but will have a very square and short body with straight hairs. The square body will be as per square [login to view URL] At this point of time there is very minimal animation. The boy at the extreme right curved at 45 degrees just does the actions as shown in the video facing the right most character and whatever he needs to say is also provided in .avi format along with this project proposal.
