Convert photoshop file into GIMP file with layers and CMYK - open to bidding

Hello, I need to see the PSD file before telling you final price. There are many PSD features not supported in GIMP so some layers may need to be flattened.. Also please not GIMP does NOT support CMYK color mode by default. However there are some plugins available for supporting CMYK. Please show me the PSD, I will be able to send you a PSD that will work with GIMP and you will have to add the CMYK plugin to get CMYK support. Thank you
