Hi I am looking for a professional graphic designer, photo editor, retoucher who can develop 100 RAW's into A3 300 DPI print quality jpg's You will need Lightroom or Camera Raw, Photoshop and Topaz to complete this task I offer 10USD per photo = 1000USD The right person will have the skill to separate the background from the main theme to create a better depth of field and also have a great aesthetic sense. If you are an expert then each photo should take you around 30 minutes. The photos are prepared for exhibitions and competitions, so the requirements for details are very high. All RAW files are ARW from Sony A1 - you must have the latest version of Camera Raw or Lightroom to be able to open it. This is a short description of how to process each photo. 1) Open the file in Camera RAW or Lightroom and set the right crop to delete the unnecessary part of the image. This shows me if you understand the basics rules of composition. 2) Set the appropriate exposure, WB, colours etc. You do not process noise or sharpen photos in the Lightroom or Camer Raw. You will do that in Photoshop >> Topaz De Nose and AI Sharpen 3) Next, you will have to export the file from LR/CR to Photoshop where you have to create 3 layers: a.) The first layer will be called "BIRD" The simplest object to select (separate). The common mistakes are: There will be elements like feathers with natural motion and blur and this should remain motioned and/or blurred. Another common mistake is leaving the hallo effect, i.e. contours from the background b) The second layer will be called: "WATER" Selecting water splash is the most difficult and it requires the greatest skill. It's a good idea to start with the Color Range >> Highlights, but sometimes you have to use 2-3 different methods and combine them together to do the right selection A common mistake is that splash is clipped (overexposed) in highlights and you will lose too much data. c. The last layer is called "Background" To get a separate background you need to select the "BIRD" and the "WATER" expand selection and Fill >> Content-Aware 4) Once you have 3 separate layers you have to use Topaz DeNoise and Topaz Sharpen AI to get rid of noise and sharpen the layer with BIRD and WATER. 5) Next step is to separate the background from "BIRD" and "WATER" with a Tilt-Shift blur, colour, exposure, motion etc. The separation will add a better depth of field but the whole impression has to remain "NATURAL" 6) Before submitting a ready file you have to check all details and final look. Make sure that the final look remains NATURAL 7) Blurred and motioned background will look noiseless and smooth however the main object will have some noise that is why at the very end you have to add a little bit of noise to the background to make it look more natural with the main object (BIRD and WATER) Please check the attachment where you will find 1 RAW and ready project. To be able to cooperate with me you will have to take this RAW file and process it so you will achieve the same quality or better. The only way to apply for this job is to show me your version first.
