Hard working php developer who really knows what he does.

Hi we need another developer talented and really expert, but above all hard working. Preferably European due to working schedule. We have a particular budget on this one as it's a few things left to finish a website and we have a designer employed and a coder to take care of half the things so you will only deal with code php,jquery and mysql. Below i provide a list of fixes and improvements but whomever it is be flexible as i am not interested in paying more for a simple button or a function that doesn't work well.. I think it's about 4 days of work so the sum is more than enough and the budget left is around 60 dollars.... Please bid on budget, be quick and flexible and know your php. These are in general the fixes but a few more may be needed. Fix a javascript save position problem in some movable parts. Connect the new design for the social part which is already made, to functions already coded, to the website and maybe code a few new functions. Fix news and notifications. Create privacy options. Crop photo with select area and automatic resize with size restrictions addition. Fix a session problem that doesn’t allow to log in to IE.
