Admin: Create job categories we can look at all applications by category or by job Post jobs with all the usual features including a google map to show job location Define jobs part time, full time, internship, or.... (admin can create/edit/delete) Ability to score and rank applicants within each job Ability to email from the candidate profile to forward to an external email Ability to write notes on each application for internal use Ability to search the entire applicant database by name, location, job or key words Featured job posting(s) in side bar Browse jobs by job type/salary/category/date posted in sidebar. Turn off/on all email notifications including emails to admin on new job application. Export jobs and job applications to excel spreadsheet for download. Add API connections to social network site such as Facebook and twitter so that when a job is posted it goes out to social network sites. Both the User interface will have to be clean and professional looking.
