51323 Magazine Price Comparison

I need a magazine price comparison script similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or magamart.com. I would like to have most of the features that are available at [login to view URL]: 1. Categorized Listings 2. Searchable Listings 3. Most Popular Listings 4. Featured Listings - displaying on the index page 4. Merchant listings showing how many magazines have the best price for each merchant 5. Coupons - both displayed in the listings and a list of all available coupons. This will be an affiliate site and I would like to be able use each merchants affiliate datafeed for the magazine listings. It would also be nice if the script used templates so that site design could be simplified. I'm not sure what the pricing should be on a project like this so I will set a budget of up to $500 but that is negotiable. What do you think?
