Internet SMS (Text Message) Applet

A small DLL/applet in VB or Delphi to send an SMS Text Message utilising FREE SMS Gateways on the Internet. The DLL/Applet must be able to cope with varying types of gateways, and be provided working with at least three. Before you send me a message, No - I have no idea what ones to use - this is part of your project :o) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The DLL / Applet needs to work in such a way that it will easily integrate into VB, Delphi and ASP pages. It should accept the following parameters:- Mobile Telephone Number : i.e. +447974244xxx Text Message: "Hi, this is a test" INI File: "C:\[login to view URL]" The INI file would contain the information you feel is necessary to make the connection to an appropriate provider, and should be defined in such a way as to allow future-proofing for additional providers.
