Looking for GURU ASP.NET programmer

Looking for a asp.net coder (C#) with at least 5 years experience. I have several tasks which needs to be done. These will be simple for an experienced coder. I would hope to develop an ongoing relationship with this experienced programmer I need someone who: a) is a full time coder - no students or part-time evening b) Can TEST their work thoroughly and deliver by the agreed upon deadline c) is communicative with status' and easy to reach d) Individuals ONLY, no shops e) has experience with asp.net (C#) [Excellent], SQL 7.0 and mysql [very good] Tasks: 1) I have a profile page of my members that displays the IP address that they last logged on with ...as well as the associated country. The country that is currently being displayed is not accurate...I'm not sure why. I have included the source code from my profile page which handles this area. 2) I have a filter built into my site for catching fraudulent users. The code is there but needs to be activated and checked to make sure it is fully working. 3) Need to upload data (passwords) to a SQL db. Need the SQL update code to do this. 4) Change to existing ASP.NET code that restricts members to a limit on emails. I need this adjusted to exempt some members that have a "True" in their SQL table. If you're an HONEST person, will submit bug-free code, is EXPERT in asp.net, please submit a bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
