Need C# and .NET coder for my website

I need a coder who is very experienced in coding in C# and aspx. (asp .net)? Coder needs to be ready and available to go through my site in detail. My site is a daily deal site that allows merchant users to post their deals on my website to the main deal page. [[login to view URL]][1] I would instead like merchant users to be able to post their own deals at their own custom username URL's. So when merchants post a deal it appears on [[login to view URL]"companyname".aspx][2] The creation of deal code is already in place, but currently deals get placed in a queue. Instead, I just need merchants to be able to create deals that get inserted on their own user URL page. I have certain admin controls in my own back end that allow the user to change things like, duration of deal, deal time extensions, sending of notifications etc that I would like the merchant to have the ability to change for their own deals they create. Again this code is already in place, however it needs to be added to the merchant users deal creation page. On the customer level, consumers need to be able to "subscribe" to merchant's deal pages. So I would like each customer to have a news feed of sorts that displays snipets of the merchants updated deal creations.
