Simple Email Viewer/Sender in Ruby on Rails application

We are looking to find an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to implement email functionality in our existing Rails application. The description of our reqiurements is as follows: Emails should be stored in two tables, a headers table and a bodies table. The headers table contains the email header information, attachment filenames, and a tsearch2 (postgres) vector of words from the body. The bodies table contains the actual multipart mime text. The email screen (in Rails) must list the messages by date received. If the user clicks on an icon a javascript popup menu must allow the user to choose from a variety of actions for each email. If the user clicks on an email message, it must be displayed in the main browser window. The main email display must have buttons for forward, reply, reply to all, delete, report spam, and several others. The email must display properly for plain text and html email, and attachment filenames must be displayed at the bottom with hyperlinks to allow the user to download the attachments. In general, the interface must support standard usage of email. Sending email with attachments, etc. It is not necessary that it support the composition of html emails, but an added bonus will be paid if it does. In addition to the bodies and headers tables described above, there is also to be a mailboxes table. Users may have multiple mailboxes and must be able to choose between them when sending and viewing mail. We also need a ruby script that will iterate over the mailboxes table and fetch pop messages and store them in the headers and bodies tables, as well as update the new message count in the mailboxes table.
