2 websites dev

hello, i already have 2 websites templates, one for a real estate website and another about a job site i want someone to develop both websites for 100usd or less (the price is for both websites not for one, BUT FOR BOTH). so there are the following functions : Database Design Registration/Login Profile Search Admin Control Panel (just a simple one, so i can see all the users and add/delete/edit them, and also be able to send bulk email to all the users) at the job website i need to categories of registration -> employees and employers and at the real estate website i will need also two categories of registration -> buyer and seller i am interested in developing the websites in the following 2 cobination (you choose which one suits you the best, according to your knowledge) : asp.net 2.0 (ajax would be ++ if it can be provided) + sql server 2005 or php+mysql PLEASE TELL IN WHICH PLATFORM OF TWO WILL YOU DO THE CODE, AND GIVE ME SOME MORE INFO. I NEED THOSE WEBSITES AS FAST AS POSSIBLE
