Email Extract/Sender/msn bot

Hey guys i'm looking for a program or a php script that can do the following Email Extract and Send Emails. I need the extractor to Find EveryType of Email also Specific ones as well like .ca/.com/hotmail/gmail....ect...Be able to block, ones to so it doesnt pick them up, I want it to be able to use proxys, For the Email Sender, I want it to be able to go into any Inbox not junk or spam, I want to be able to put any name for sender/subject,ect.. Send using the bulk email list and with proxys If you could also do the msn Bot no biggy I want it to be able to auto add people and auto accept people, or i can upload a email list and it auto adds the people and i have an auto reply, Maybe a auto Hotmail account Creater. use proxys.
