ActiveX Component Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Generic Calculator Control - Web Page ActiveX/Component Control. The control is aimed at Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or above.... Component is to be utilised via a standard HTML page referenced by CSLID and downloaded via a standard CAB file in a similar to standard controls such as the Microsoft Outlook View Control. The DLL does not need to provide any interface to other languages such as VB or C++ in the form of properties as seen in general OCX components. The control must be delivered in two-three weeks maximum and provide the following essential features, additional features are wanted but not essential, depending on price.. Essential... ____________ 1) Standard Calculator. 2) Scientific calculator. Basically a clone of the standard calculator given in the Microsoft operating system. Additional. ___________ 3) Currency converter, ideally taking exchange rates from the Internet. Primary consideration is conversion of £ and $ to other currency formats. When object is launched latest currency exchange rates should be obtained from the Web. This can be via WinSock or any other method you like... 4) Common conversion mechanisms, weights and measures etc... The component should expose methods to VBScript via the HTML page after referencing via CLSID invoke, for example [login to view URL] = "Standard" [login to view URL] = "Scientific" [login to view URL] = "MoneyConversion" [login to view URL] = "WeightsAndMeasures" When the object method is changed the control should be expanded or refreshed NOT the HTML page....
