About the site: Offers services to support communication needs. What we need: We need content for all pages of the website we are developing to include Home Page with overview of the services & why someone must use them (along with encouragement to sign up) Contact Us & Inquiry Form About Us Services - with a description of each of the services (possibly 6 services) Sign Up - include terms & conditions & payment options - welcome letter with instructions on using the services FAQ/QA The pages should not be too lengthy or too wordy but should succinctly state the proper detail. What we have: The website format. We need the words to insert into each page of the site. We will be able to give ideas on what to say in some cases (ie: information about us). We would need you to take that and put it into the proper wording. Target Audience is small to medium businesses. Individuals could use the services too. Fax, phone, email, VOIP & text will be included. Expertise: We would like for you to provide as much wording examples as possible in areas where we could make changes to fit our business and/OR we could provide some details and you would put it into words. The ability to work expediently. Bonus would include search engine optimization expertise. Big bonus would be if you could provide a demonstration of the site (explains features, benefits & ease of use). We could put that into a flash video or something of the such. Timeframe for delivery: Complete draft of all content by 5:00 p.m EST Tuesday 12/4/2007. Edits completed by 5:00 p.m EST Wednesday 12/5/2007. We will have all content placed on our website on Thursday 12/6/2007. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3)Final reviewed and accepted content by the deadline as described in the description.
